My first visit to Don Juan’s was on a Saturday night, as I happened to be traveling with my husband. We made reservations for a late dinner with the wonderful wait staff and were seated immediately after paying. I ordered the shrimp cocktail, which was absolutely delicious, and then had to wait for it to be brought out. By the time the food arrived, we could already taste the fabulous flavors of shrimp and lobster that are a signature of Don Juan’s Restaurant. Another dish that we enjoyed was the lobster tails, which were prepared using fresh Maine lobster and served on a warm plate.
