Dr. Caleb Bunting grew up in Murfreesboro, Tennessee where he spent the majority of his adolescent years. Having moved to Florida for his undergraduate program, he completed his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration at Florida College. During that time in the Tampa area, he discovered his passion for people, health, and the profession of chiropractic medicine. Following that, Dr. Caleb attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2021. While he was in school, he served in a number of leadership roles with clubs and organizations on and off campus. Dr. Caleb believes a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle promotes long-lasting health benefits.
Having met his partner Chris in St. Augustine during his graduate program, he moved north to where they now both reside with their beloved dog, Booker. Dr. Caleb eagerly sought to practice in the greater Jacksonville area seeing the potential for this community, and having a love for the northeast coast of Florida.
Among his passion for health, Dr. Caleb enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and among friends, along with traveling when he has opportunity. In addition, he spends some of his spare time volunteering as a member of the Jacksonville Symphony Chorus during the fall and spring season. Dr. Caleb strives to live his life to the fullest, promoting health and happiness wherever he is. Dr. Caleb hopes to give back to his patients and community every chance he can.
Kelsey Mulder
CA and Head of Nutrition
Kelsey is a Texan native living the Florida life with her husband, one year old son, and three fur babies. You’ll typically find her geeking out over the latest nutrition and exercise science literature, and her passion is helping others reach their health goals and attain optimal wellness with the knowledge she’s gained.
In her free time you’ll find her connecting with God and her family near any body of water, finding new ways to stay active, or exploring her community. She also is on a never ending quest to find the world’s best plate of nachos and she will allow her competitive nature to out-eat you in said nachos any time, any place.
Meg Boothe
Center Director
Meg is our Center Director from Wetumpka, Alabama who is now living the Florida life with her husband and fur baby. She loves traveling, hiking, and building community in Jacksonville and beyond.
Meg is passionate about the physical and spiritual needs of her community and is dedicated to praying for and loving the patients who walk in our door. You can typically find her at the front desk with a big smile on her face and you can ALWAYS count on her to crack a joke. She loves making people feel at home as she welcomes each person into the Thrive family.
Vanessa Prieto
Vanessa is a Florida native who is currently living in the Jacksonville area with her family. She is originally from Miami, FL but moved up to Jacksonville at the age of 7. Along with moving up north, her family opened one of the first Hispanic churches in Jax and has been very involved with their ministry ever since.
Vanessa is currently working towards her career in Radiology and has a passion for helping others. You can typically find Vanessa running around the office helping our patients with hands-on tasks and creating special friendships with everyone who walks through the door.
Vanessa Kelly
Massage Therapist
You might not see Vanessa every day at the office because Vanessa is our the Florida licensed massage therapist. She went to Cortiva Massage Therapy Institute in Watertown, MA in 2016. Then was licensed in Massachusetts. She moved to Florida December of 2017. Passed her MBLEX and is currently licensed in Florida. She has a passion for helping people. When she’s not here in the office she staying involved with our community and giving back as much as she can.
You will see her time to time helping out at the front desk or assisting patients with their warmups and exercises. Vanessa loves to stay active, she’s apart of Volleyball and Kickball coed leagues. She loves working out (especially pilates) just as much as her love for Mexican food.
